With nearly 40 years of experience in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, Apee Panchhi has built a reputation for his market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and commitment to his clients. Known as “A Great Negotiator on Your Side,” Apee has successfully handled numerous real estate transactions throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas. His achievements include the prestigious Hall of Fame Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, and recognition among the Top 25 Canadian Commercial Teams for RE/MAX Western Canada (2023).

Beyond real estate, Apee brings extensive experience in business management, leadership, and community service. He previously served as a Board Director, Vice-Chair, and Chair of Entegra Credit Union (now merged with Assiniboine Credit Union), and was appointed to the City of Winnipeg's Board of Revision, where he chaired residential and commercial property tax appeal hearings. His business experience also includes managing three gas station locations over a 20-year period, overseeing approximately 100 employees. He has also served on the Board of the Concordia Hospital Foundation and as Co-Chair of its Golf Fundraising Committee.
